Big on results, short on time. This 60-minute Hot Pilates class brings the fire - combining classic Pilates technique with heat to support mobility, tone, and stamina. Whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth, you’ll leave feeling strong, stretched, and seriously energised.
PILATES (HOT)
Mat Pilates is all about building strength from the inside out. With a focus on core stability, breath, and control, you’ll move through a series of grounded exercises designed to lengthen, tone, and support your whole body. It’s low-impact, high-benefit - and can be adapted to suit all ages and fitness levels. Think of it as a reset for your posture, strength, and mind-body connection.

Our Flow classes follow a Vinyasa-style practice - a powerful yet graceful form of yoga where movement and breath are seamlessly linked. Expect a steady rhythm as you move through postures with intention, guided by your inhale and exhale. This is a class for getting out of your head and into your body - a space to soften resistance, reconnect, and move with presence both on and off the mat.
FLOW
This is your time to turn up the heat and drop into the moment. Our Hot Yoga classes combine strong, purposeful movement with the benefits of warmth - helping you release tension, detox through sweat, and leave feeling clearer and lighter. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and connection - all in a space that invites you to come exactly as you are.
