DANCE CLASSES
Intro to Hip Hop
Hip hop was born in the Bronx in the 1970s as a powerful cultural movement. In this class, you’ll explore foundational grooves, rhythm, and party steps with live DJ support - building confidence while honouring the culture.
Intro TO AFRO
Afro dance draws from traditional and social dances across Africa, celebrating rhythm, culture, and community. Learn foundational grooves and isolations with live DJ support in a space grounded in joy and connection.
Intro to House
House dance emerged from Chicago and New York clubs in the 1980s, blending footwork, groove, and freedom. In this class you’ll learn core steps, rhythm, and flow, with a live DJ bringing the pulse of the culture into the studio.
Intro to Heels
Heels evolved from jazz, street, and commercial dance in the club and performance scene. Build strength, lines, and musicality while exploring grounded movement and confidence - all in a safe, supportive space.
Dance CARDIO
A high-energy, full-body workout that blends light weights, repetition, and dynamic dance sequences. Sweat, smile, and strengthen while boosting your fitness and feeling good in your body.
KIDS INTRO TO HIP HOP
Kids explore the roots and grooves of hip hop in a fun, supportive space. Through rhythm, play, and repetition, they’ll build confidence while connecting to the culture’s energy and creativity.
INTRO TO CONTEMPORARY
Contemporary blends ballet, modern, jazz, and lyrical while inviting self-expression. A grounding and fluid practice that connects body and mind, it’s an open space for beginners to explore technique and artistry.
OPEN Choreography
Drawing from hip hop, afro, and house, this class refines musicality, rhythm, and storytelling. A space to deepen technique, connect with culture, and grow your unique voice through choreography.
SWEAT & STRENGTHEN
HOT YOGA
Strong flows in a heated room to release tension and reset. Build strength and flexibility while cultivating focus and clarity. A grounding practice for body and mind.
DANCE SCULPT

A dedicated PROGRAM for dancers ready to elevate their craft. Our performance stream trains across all the styles we specialise in - hip hop, afro, house, contemporary, and more - with classes grouped by age to support every stage of the dance journey.
Each group trains with leading choreographers from across Australia and beyond, building technical skill, performance presence, and a deep connection to movement. The expectation is to perform and compete, with a focus on growth, commitment, and community.
