Hip hop began as a cultural movement in the Bronx in the 1970s and quickly became a global expression of creativity, identity, and power. This class explores party grooves, rhythm patterns, and essential techniques that laid the groundwork for all hip hop movement today.

We move with purpose, clarity, and repetition - so you can feel the beat in your body and build confidence step by step. With live DJ support, the energy stays high and the vibe stays authentic.

In this class, you'll learn the foundational grooves, isolations, and rhythms that define Afro styles - led with repetition and flow to help you feel at home in your body. A live DJ curates a set that matches the energy of the room, amplifying the connection between music and movement.

House dance was born in the underground clubs of Chicago and New York in the 1980s - an ever-evolving blend of footwork, groove, and freedom. This class focuses on rhythm, bounce, and flow, helping you feel connected and expressive in your movement.

You'll learn foundational steps like the jack, pas de bourrée, and train, while exploring the interplay between footwork and upper body freedom. A live DJ brings the pulse of the club into the studio, creating a space to feel, release, and express.

You’ll explore weight shifts, core control, and foundational grooves that help you move safely and confidently in heels. It's not about how high your heel is - it’s about how grounded you feel in yourself.

Our Intro to Contemporary class is a welcoming space for beginners to discover foundational technique, musicality, and movement quality. No experience needed - just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

A dedicated PROGRAM for dancers ready to elevate their craft. Our performance stream trains across all the styles we specialise in - hip hop, afro, house, contemporary, and more - with classes grouped by age to support every stage of the dance journey.

Each group trains with leading choreographers from across Australia and beyond, building technical skill, performance presence, and a deep connection to movement. The expectation is to perform and compete, with a focus on growth, commitment, and community.
